Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time

• Metro cities: 3–7 business days
• Non-metro / Tier 2 & 3 cities: 5–8 business days
• Remote areas: 7–12 business days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹500
• A flat shipping fee of ₹90 applies to orders below ₹500

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is not available 

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp/Email.
• You can track your order on the courier partner's website.

Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• During sale periods or festive seasons, delivery may take additional time.

Undelivered / Returned to Origin (RTO) Orders

• If a package is undelivered due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.
• Re-shipping charges will apply for resending the order.
